Recipes by Inna

Last November we hosted guests from faraway Sydney, Australia. My friend Raymond Chung came with wife Wilie and daughter Melissa. As it happens, Inna prepared many delicious meals. Wilie was really impressed with the variety and taste. We thought that praises were over when they left, but just before this Christmas came a request to send a recipe for one of Inna's favorites - backed mushroom casserole. As they usually say in marketing - "following popular demand", Inna wrote the text in Russian and I quickly translated to English. Now even in faraway Australia her dishes make waves.
